WWP Community Hub Booking Enquiry
The Hub will accommodate, at maximum, approximately 90 people. Chairs and tables will be available for hire when booking. The space is air-conditioned and has toilet facilities.
Booking Categories:
The use of the WWP Community Hub is intended for community activities including, but not limited to:
After school activiites
Meeting space for community arts/crafts/singing/dancing etc.
Community meetings
Educational purposes
At this stage, the Community Hub will not be available for private functions / commercial use or birthday parties etc.
Alcohol will be prohibited in the venue.
Operating Hours:
Daily opening hours will be 9am to 9pm
Hours outside of these times will be subject to application.
Associated Costs:
Casual bookings will attract a $50 refundable bond to be paid upfront for key deposit/return.
Hire rate of $25 per hour
All bookers will be required to hold public liability insurance (minimum $20m)
