Brush lettering and word-art are used to decorate invitations, letters, journals and create artwork. It’s not just the beautiful results but the process making this ancient artform increasingly popular in 2019. The smooth motions and attention to detail are great ways to clear your mind and focus, like meditation in motion!
Brush lettering takes its lead from traditional and Chinese calligraphy. Using different brush techniques and letter shapes to emphasise the complete message being displayed. It’s more than the words on the page, but what they make you feel.
Join us on Wednesday 24 April to explore the world of Brush Lettering.
