Community Hub Venue

Facilities:
The Hub will accommodate, at maximum, approximately 90 people.
Chairs and tables will be available for hire when booking.
The space is air conditioned and has toilet facilities.

Booking Categories:
The use of the WWP Community Hub is intended for community activities including, but not
limited to:
• After school activities
• Meeting space for community art / crafts /singing/dancing etc.
• Community meetings
• Educational purposes
At this stage, the Community Hub will not be available for private functions / commercial use
or birthday parties etc.

Alcohol will be prohibited in the venue.

Operating Hours:
Daily opening hours will be 9am to 9pm.
Hours outside of these times will be subject to application.

Associated Costs:
Casual bookings will attract a $50 refundable bond to be paid upfront for key deposit/return.
Hire rate of $25 per hour.
All bookers will be required to hold public liability insurance (minimum $20m).
